1947 – The Beginning

After more than 20 years of experience, Giuseppe Brugnetti founded the company "Officine Brugnetti". The first machines worked with coal heating and vertical boilers – true pioneers of their time.

1950–1960 – The development

New materials like copper and stainless steel improved quality and design. With the introduction of lever and hydraulic systems, the technical evolution of espresso began.

1960–1980 – Innovation

The introduction of rotary pumps revolutionized coffee preparation. For the first time, espresso could be produced consistently and efficiently. Electronic dosing systems followed later – the beginning of modern coffee machines.

1990–Present – International brand

Under the leadership of the next generation, Brugnetti developed into a global brand. Today, over 98% of its production is exported worldwide.
